Santana Sky Race

22km | 1780D+

A Skyrunning experience to climb a mountain of natural beauty in the city of Santana, between 400 and 1600 meters of altitude. The challenge will have as main stage the mountain terrain, with the prospect of grand landscapes, with the climb to the highest point of the route, Encumeada Alta, until the long descent to the parish of Ilha. Technical and diverse floors, sharp climbs and descents complete a proposal fill of attractions that will contribute to overcoming a moderate race, starting and finishing next to Santana City Hall!

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

Race bib (supplied by the organization) to be placed on the chest or abdomen of the athlete and visible during the entire race
Backpack or similar for the transport of equipment
Water reservoir or equivalent with a minimum capacity of 1 liter (for MSR) or 0,5l (for SSR)
Thermal blanket (min. 140 x 200 cm)
Waterproof jacket with hood and long sleeve that fits the athlete
Operational mobile phone to receive and make calls
Food reserve
Whistle
Cup of 12cl minimum (the organization will not supply cups at refreshment stations)
